  • Meditation to Connect You to Live from God's Love

Listen to the Meditation to Connect You to Live from God's Love here. (17 minutes) Full transcript below. The purpose of our time together today is to expand your ability to encounter and interface with God. We want to see ourselves as God sees us. We have a portal inside of us, our spirit man. Our spirit man is already linked to heaven. Our journey is to increasingly access heaven by learning to focus and receive from what our spirit man has access to. We are going to access that inner door today.  Deliberately help your mind to calm down by focusing on your breath and breathing. —in and out through your nose. Nice and slow. Give your busy little brain a vacation right now. It is not needed for what we are doing this morning. Allow the thought of being loved and accepted, cared for and affirmed by your loving heavenly Father, to wash over you. Soak it up like a sponge. Open yourself up to feel the compassion He has for you. “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.” You have a door deep inside you. Picture it (pause) and choose to open it. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are standing at the door.  Choose to open your door and invite them in. Say aloud, Please come in. You are welcome here.” Immediately, a river of love begins to flow in you, through you, around you. Be immersed in the Spirit’s love. See Jesus and the Father hugging you. They are putting their arms around you. You sink deeper into love’s embrace. You begin to feel cocooned, safe, resting in God’s arms of love. Drink in that life giving stream of the Spirit’s pure love. You are beginning to feel full to overflowing with being loved. That love fills your mind, your emotions and your will.  You begin to relax. Surrendering to God’s will feels effortless from this place of rest as you let go of anything except being loved. Worries, cares, busyness. It all gets washed away by this living stream of love. His love flows down over your body. Your head, your neck, your chest and arms, your torso and legs. All the way to your toes. Wiggle your toes as they absorb that love. Now release all that love so it can create an atmosphere, a sphere, of love all around you. Now direct it to all the different areas of your life-family, relationships, work, everywhere. You are loved. You can rest.  Keep relaxing. Begin to think of someone or something you are thankful for. Release your gratitude. say aloud “Thank you for ______." Think of someone who has been kind to you or blessed you. “Thank you.” Be grateful you are alive. Thank God for His love. Thank Jesus for His wanting to be with you. Thank Holy Spirit for His constant help. “Thank you, Holy Spirit.” This will begin to fill you with joy and saturate you. Feel the joy flowing over and down your whole body. Release this joy and let it fill your atmosphere. As you rest in this love and joy say yes to the Father. Aloud, “YES" Think of someone who has hurt you. Say yes to forgiving them.  “I forgive you.” Think of someone you have hurt. Say yes to, “I’m sorry." Rest and surrender to Jesus as He interacts with your deepest self. Meditate on God’s desire for you. He knows everything about you. He wants the very best for you. For you to be whole. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts of me, oh God! How vast is the sum of them! Now His amazing thoughts about you start to flow around your mind. His truth is beginning to penetrate any strong holds and lies. His thoughts are beginning to change and align your thoughts to His thoughts. Knowing you are loved and accepted, start to think about and say to the Lord: Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.  See if there is any offensive way in me and lead me in the way everlasting. Ask Him to search and reveal any anxious thoughts or sinful ways. Ask the Father to deal with anything that will hinder you fulfilling your destiny today. Ask the Father to reveal the desires of His heart to you. You don’t have to fix yourself. Relinquishing control to Him, surrendering to His love, is transforming you. Think about Romans 12:2. Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Invite God to lead you in the process of having your mind renewed and conformed to His thoughts and perceptions. Here is a prayer you can say daily to help with the renewing of your mind. Think about your upcoming day and rest knowing you are intimately connected to God who is ultimate love and friendship. Chose to accept your destiny. Relax and feel the joy and pleasure of the Father’s heart. Your destiny today is filled with love, joy and peace. Look at your day from rest. Look at yourself as He does: honored, wanted, celebrated, approved of and cherished. Visualize being blessed to be fruitful, successful and fulfilled at home, at work and in every area of life. Everywhere you go, grace and mercy go before you.  Hear the Father’s word of affirmation: “You are my beloved son; you are my beloved daughter in whom I am well pleased in whom my soul delights.” Say aloud: I am His beloved child. I am already a success. I am already blessed.Feel the pleasure of the Father’s heart for you and for your destiny today.“Father, you saw me in my mother’s womb. Holy Spirit you hovered over my unformed substance. And in Your book were written all the days that were ordained for me.” Feel the light of love energizing you.Feel the energy and power of God’s presence pulsating within you. You are joined to the Lord and one spirit with Him You are the house of God and He lives in you. You are His gateway of bringing heaven to earth. Feel and sense the abundance of life within you. Be at rest, fulfilled and contented, being filled with love, joy and peace. Release the flow of abundant life as a river flowing from your innermost being into the world around you. Say out loud: I embrace the light of love energizing me. I accept the energy and power of God’s presence pulsating within me. I am joined to the Lord and one spirit with Him. I am the house of God and He lives in me. I am His gateway of bringing heaven to earth. I choose to tune into the abundance of life within me. I choose to rest, fulfilled and contented, connected to the love, joy and peace already within me through Christ. I choose to release the flow of abundant life as a river flowing from my innermost being into the world around me “. Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, in me, in my territory, as it is in heaven. In Jesus name, Amen.”

Fill Your Home With the Light of Christ Prayer (Audio 4 minutes) God connect me now to my spirit man, And let the light of Christ radiate out through that perfect portal of God-- Through every cell of my body, through every particle of my mind and my soul. Let my mind, will, emotions and DNA be cleansed by the light of Christ, And let that power come out of me and make a 12-foot circle, a sphere, completely around me filled with the positive pressure of the light of Christ. And let it act on every room that I inhabit or pass through in this house, or wherever I go. And let it touch every person that it should touch. And let me be the head and not the tail, and a generator of light and power. • Encounter with Big Jesus

I recently had this encounter that I thought I would share: I went up to the throne room and sat on the Father's lap. After a short while, He said, "Why don't you go and see Jesus?" So, I hopped down and went to look for Jesus. He was nearby. I walked up to Him, and He said, "Would you like to play hide and seek?" I said, "No, I want to stay with You." He said, "How about if we go fishing?" We walked to a small stream. It had big, fat fish in it. They had bright, rainbow patterns on their sides. We sat side by side, very much like a father and a young son. I was troubled because I had recently made an alliance with three very large angels. They were nice and easy to be with, but the energy coming off them was very intense. And I was having trouble staying balanced around them. I told Jesus my problem and He said, "Do you want to see how big I am?" I said, "Yes." And He got bigger and bigger and bigger until He started to fill a large portion of outer space. At one point, He cried out in a loud voice, "I am God." He encouraged me later to see Him in His bigness when I pray. Later on reflection, I could see that even though my theology has always been that He is equally God with the Triune, with the Trinity. But in my heart, I had made Him to be the nice man and the chosen with magic powers. This is somewhat overstating, but not much. So now I am in my own childlike way, calling Him Big Jesus to help remind me who I'm praying to. Two nights went by, and I woke up around five o'clock in the morning. I wanted to get an angel who has been with me for 16 years and has come to be a dear friend, a Christmas present. What do you buy an angel for Christmas? Socks? An idea came to my mind: ask Big Jesus to give him a Big Jesus Christmas present. That felt so good that I started to ask Him for all the angels and loved ones for the same thing, a Big Jesus Christmas present. I feel that Jesus liked that, and He smiled. I thought that some of you might want to ask the same thing for your angels and loved ones. When I pray like that, I see Jesus filling up a huge space and I connect to Him in that way.

  • Daily Protection Prayers (9 minutes)

Here are some classic protection prayers that have been used by saints through the ages. You can listen or read them. https://static.wixstatic.com/mp3/fd53d6_b16fceeeab6f46039dc16a14c26e0ff7.mp3 Psalm 91 is known as t he Soldiers’ Psalm. In World War I, the soldiers of the 91st Brigade recited the Psalm 91 every day. This brigade participated in three of the war’s bloodiest battles. Other units suffered up to 90% casualties, but the 91st Brigade did not suffer a single combat-related death. Paul presented the armor of God in Ephesians 6:10-18 as one of our ways of both protecting ourselves spiritually and of also advancing God's kingdom on earth. St. Patrick's Breastplate was used by him and his followers because they were often under attack by people involved in witchcraft. Once they had to travel by night and they recited this prayer as they walked through the dark woods. Those lying in for wait for them never saw them. They were invisible to their attackers. They are listed below, and an audio file is included for you to repeat them along with us. Psalm 91 1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." 3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. 4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. 5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, 6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. 7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. 8 You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. 9 If you make the Most High your dwelling— even the LORD, who is my refuge- 10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. 13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. 14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. 15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation." Ephesians 6:10-18 The Armor of God 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. St. Patrick's Breastplate I arise today Through the strength of the love of Cherubim, in obedience of Angels, in the service of the Archangels, in hope of resurrection to meet with reward. In prayers of Patriarchs, in predictions of Prophets, in preachings of Apostles, in faiths of Confessors, in innocence of Holy Virgins, in deeds of righteous men I arise today Through the strength of Heaven: Light of Sun, Radiance of Moon, Splendor of Fire, Speed of Lightning, Swiftness of Wind, Depth of Sea, Stability of Earth, Firmness of Rock. I arise today Through God's strength to pilot me: God's might to uphold me, God's wisdom to guide me, God's eye to look before me, God's ear to hear me, God's word to speak for me, God's hand to guard me, God's way to lie before me, God's shield to protect me, God's host to save me From snares of devils, From temptation of vices, Against inclinations of nature From everyone who wishes me ill Afar and anear Alone and in a crowd. I summon today all these powers between me(and these evils) Against every cruel and merciless power that may oppose my body and my soul, Against incantations of false prophetc, Against black laws of heathenry, Against false laws of heretics, against craft of idolotry, against spells of any witch and smiths and wizards, against every knowledge that endangers man's body and soul. Christ to protect me today Against poison, against burning, against drowning, against wounding, So that there may come to me an abundance of reward. Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me, Christ on my right, Christ on my left, Christ where I lie, Christ where I sit. Christ where I arise Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me, Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me, Christ in every eye that sees me, Christ in every ear that hears me. I arise today Through a mighty strength, the invocation of the Trinity: Through belief in the Threeness, Through confession of the Oneness Towards the Creator of Creation. Salvation is of the Lord, Salvation is of the Lord, Salvation is of Christ! https://static.wixstatic.com/mp3/fd53d6_b16fceeeab6f46039dc16a14c26e0ff7.mp3

  • Suggestions for Cleansing Your Bloodline

We all carry an inheritance from our ancestors. Our DNA reflects the choices, tendencies, bondages, and strengths of all those who came before us. As the Holy Spirit leads me, I address everything in my bloodline that has welcomed sin into my inheritance. A familiar spirit is a demon that has recognized family patterns passed down through the years. It attaches itself to these habitual sins and keeps the pressure on to continue the family tradition of sinning, generation after generation. To deal with the iniquity in my bloodline, I use several approaches. One is to pray bloodline prayers, especially those addressing the different types of covenants. The book I use for this is Redeeming Your Bloodline: Foundations for Breaking Generational Curses from the Courts of Heaven  by Hrvoje Sirovina and Robert Henderson. I also use a prayer breaking every Masonic curse spoken by any family member who was a Mason. Additionally, I rely on a book that addresses specific generational issues passed down through sinful behavior. The book I use for this is Dangerous Prayers from the Courts of Heaven that Destroy Evil Altars: Establishing the Legal Framework for Closing Demonic Entryways and Breaking Generational Chains of Darkness  by Dr. Francis Myles. If I notice something like resentment or bitterness common in my family, I create my own dangerous prayer using the patterns given in the book. Some of these prayers I say multiple times as led by the Holy Spirit. It is not enough just to say prayers; there needs to be a time period of allowing God to deal with corresponding belief systems and habitual responses or behaviors that help support the demonic stronghold. Another approach I use is based on Robert Henderson’s books on operating in the Courts of Heaven and addressing curses. I think I have read at least six of his books and have said the prayers in them many times. When I started doing all these prayers, I did them simply by faith. Over time, I began to see and feel the Courts of Heaven and had a sense that significant changes were happening within me. Another important spiritual practice is recognizing the relevance and power of communion in setting me free from inherited sin and destructive elements in my DNA and inheritance. Taking communion is receiving the body and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ into our bodies. His blood is effective for destroying any legal hold that sin—ours or our forefathers’—has over us. His body replaces our brokenness with His wholeness. Not just when we partake of communion, but even when we eat or drink anything, we can speak declarations over ourselves about how these elements are reordering, healing, and restoring our DNA, our bodies, our beliefs, our emotions, and our choices to come into Divine Order. We can do this every day. The more often we do this in faith, trusting that our declarations along with the power of the blood and body of Jesus are effective, the more we will sow health and immortality into our bodies. Here are some sample declarations: I receive the DNA of God as I take this communion (food or drink). I apply God’s DNA to my bones and to my marrow and command them to live. I speak over my genetic record and command it to align with that of Jesus. I apply the blood of Jesus to all patterns of iniquity. I accept God’s light overshadowing me and causing me to be joined with the Lord and to be one spirit with Him. We can also ask the Holy Spirit to send angels to recalibrate our ability for faith, hope, and love back to the innocent, childlike state we once had. Angels are ministering spirits sent by God to assist us in aligning with His purposes. By inviting their help, we open ourselves to Divine intervention that can restore the purity and simplicity of our faith, renewing our capacity to trust, hope, and love as children of God. Further, we can use our breath to remind us of constant communion with God. Every breath we take is from Him and is full of His life and presence.

  • Sitting in the Heavenly Realms with Christ (6 minutes)

Sitting in the Heavenly Realms with Christ [1] By Dr. Nancy Moelk Audio teaching (6 min.) Audio exercise (6 min.) We want to have an experiential and tangible encounter with all the truth of God as portrayed in the Bible. Today’s exercise is meant to lead you to a more real experience of something you have already received in your relationship with Christ. But you may not have ever laid hold of it in an experiential way. Here is some explanation beforehand to help you with this experience. · We will be practicing deep breathing. When God created everything, he spoke it all into being with one exception: humans. He formed them with his very hands and breathed into them his own life! Every breath we take is a reminder of our loving Creator who still wants to touch us and breathe with us. As we take deep breaths, hold them for a few seconds and then exhale, we are deliberately directing our attention away from our thinking. We want to become aware of our bodies and particularly our hearts, which is the seat of our affections. First, we will take several deep breaths, nice and slow. Then I will give you some brief phrases to repeat which are about your relationship with God based on what the Word of God says. Try to keep taking slow deep breaths with long exhales during the entire exercise. · We are going to be using our imaginations. Our imagination is our ability to see something inside with our internal vision. Some people are opposed to the use of the imagination or any kind of “guided imagery” claiming it is somehow a focus on non-reality or a lie. Imagination can be used in destructive ways as can just about anything. But what if we use our imaginations to envision something that is true. Something that is true about God, about us, about Christ, about others, about the Holy Spirit? What if we use our imaginations to help actualize what we have been given in Christ? Jesus spoke highly of little children. They are naturally full of imagination. No surprise, they have an easier time imagining a Jesus who loves them and cares about them. Their imagination is closely connected to the ability to hope. Our imaginations help us to see the things we are hoping for through faith. Imagination helps us wake up to what we have been given, but never fully activated. · We are going to proceed as if we really have access to heaven now. The Word of God says we are seated in the heavenly places in Christ. What does that look like? Where are we sitting? On what? How? Do you think God the Father would ever want to hold you on his lap? Why not? He is the best father in all creation. Wouldn’t it seem normal for him to be affectionate and attentive to you? The Bible is full of examples of both the majesty, immense power and scariness of God as well as his tender mercy, kindness and willingness to connect to very lowly people. What if we could experience his comfort in a tangible way as we sit on his lap as a small child? "As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted...” Isaiah 61:13 As we ascend into heaven, we will open our hearts to the atmosphere of heaven and the light, life and love that permeates it. We are going to relax and receive as much as we are capable of. Your ability to engage in this kind of encounter will grow over time. It is important to know that the more you focus on the lovely things which exist in the kingdom of God, the kingdom which is already in you, the more real they will become to you. We need to awaken out of our worldly slumber to our inheritance in Christ. Doing exercises like this is one way to quicken our souls via the inner spirit man which already has a connection to all of heaven. If you struggle with being distracted by your thoughts here is a way to dismiss them. Imagine your mind is a “naughty puppy” [2] who wants to get your attention. Kindly say to your thoughts, “not now, puppy.” And return your focus to your breathing. (If you are doing this in a group and someone starts to cry, please honor their private moment with the Father and don’t try to comfort or fix them. It is normal to experience emotion as we connect with the amazing wonder of God’s personality. Allow God to touch his children and you in this moment without anyone else’s help.) We are ready to sit on God’s lap. 1. Place your feet comfortably on the floor and relax. Begin breathing (breathe slowly in and out of your nose), holding your breath for a second or two. That is God’s breath you are breathing. 2. Repeat each of these phrases on an out breath. And then take another breath or two before you say the next phrase. I am his. He is mine. I love him. He loves me. I’m in him. He’s in me. We are one. 3. See your spirit man rising up towards the brilliant light of heaven. Keep breathing. As you become aware of the light of heaven, open your heart, your inner most being to the warmth, the love and the life of heaven’s atmosphere. Stop and enjoy this for several breaths. 4. Now you will ascend a bit higher. You rise up under the sea of glass until you are standing before the throne of God. It’s just you and the Father. He has cleared the court to welcome you and to spend time just with you in this place. You approach him because he is smiling at you and extending his arms towards you, beckoning you to approach. And he says, “would you like to spend time with me child?” You continue to move towards him, and he makes a gesture to pick you up, if you want, and put you on his lap. 5. Sit on the Father’s lap and as you breathe, feel his breath and energy come into every cell of your being. Relax and allow his comfort and presence to soothe and minister to wherever you need it. As you breath out say this: I am home. I am safe here. I am accepted here. Home. 6. Stay here as long as you want. But when you leave, recognize that there is a significant part of you which is there always, sitting with Christ in the heavenly. As our minds are renewed, we will live more and more out of the energy emanating from our communion with God. The more aware we become of that reality, the more we will live out of our union with Christ in our daily lives. [1] This exercise was inspired by two sources. One is a guided ascension exercise by Justin Paul Abraham available as a paid subscriber on the app, Patreon. The other is from Micah Turnbo’s book, The Invitation available on Amazon. [2] I heard Justin Paul Abraham talk about the mind as a “naughty puppy.”

  • Help for Bad Habits

We all suffer from some bad habits. They may be mental habits. Thinking negative, harmful thoughts about ourselves or others is one example. We may lack discipline to take care of our bodies. Or we can struggle to behave in a Christ-like way in challenging moments or in demanding relationships or jobs. So what is the key for transformation when we see we are falling short from our true identity--which is the bonding of who we are with who Christ is. I was reading a book called, The Invitation, by Micah Turnbo. He had an interaction with an angel of purity where the angel gave him advice on how to advance in being transformed. It is the best advice I have ever heard on this topic. “You are already pure, you just have bad habits. To get rid of those habits, replace them with something new and beautiful. It takes practice to walk out what is yours. Purity is already given to you; your father gives grace because he knows habits can be challenging. To help you practice walking in purity, live in a place of worship and praise, which is the entryway to His presence. There are many other ways you can practice walking in purity, which is another way of saying ‘walking in his presence’. Get creative and replace those bad habits. It’s possible to get rid of them all. You just have to put in the work, and they will go away! … There is something else I want to say too. Purity is strengthened in a place of intimacy with Him, which brings a greater sense of power. When you walk in purity, you will see the power of God manifest in your life, so it is important that you live in what has already been given to you." (Emphasis mine).
